• An off-market, D.W. Sohier-sourced development opportunity.
• Nearly ½ an acre with an existing auto repair shop and defunct gas station in Cohasset’s Village Business District.
• Status : In concept design phase with Touloukian and Touloukian Architects.
• Intent: To reenergize downtown commerce and offer a new boutique housing type to the Town of Cohasset, as well as a spacious, landscaped pocket park for the public to enjoy.
By adding modern housing to the heart of Cohasset Village, we anticipate a resurgence of small businesses and long-term investments for the Town.
• Nearly forty acres of fully-permitted land for 26 new construction, single-family homes.
• Protected views overlooking an active cranberry bog farm with walking trails and a reservoir.
• Strategic broker-architect team hired to position the offering at an unmatched experience.
• Curated-design packages with Nantucket influences and custom-build options.
• Status: Under Contract.
• Intent: To build an appropriately-scaled neighborhood and residential oasis nestled between a cranberry bog and scenic roads.
With plans to honor the local surrounding landscape, building this prestigious new neighborhood will require a complete mitigation buffer zone to protect the adjacent habitats. Additionally, an extensive design process will be undertaken to honor New England construction with natural preservation and integrate accessibility to the walking paths and reservoir for year-round use.
